Changed your mind or need a different size? Returns are simple. You have 14 days from delivery to send items back.
How returns work

Pack
Pop the items back in their original condition — unworn, with tags and hygiene strips attached.

Refund
Once we receive and check your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Good to know
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is removed.
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of us receiving your return.
- Want a different size or colour? Request a return and place a new order for the item you want.
